Onetrace Software & O&M Manuals

We at Truecut are proud users of the Onetrace application. This is a software that breaks the paper chain, with no more lost paperwork allowing us to input accurate dimensions, photo evidence of works (before & after photos) and marked up drawing.

All operatives are fully trained and competent to use this system.

We use the Onetrace reports to generate our O&M Manuals

Our O&M Manuals include:

• Onetrace reports for the works carried out (Excel & PDF with photos and drawings)
• Certificate of conformity from our 3rd Party Accreditation IFC
• O&M Manual containing materials used and product data.

What is IFC Certification

IFC Certification Ltd is an independent UKAS accredited provider of high quality customer focused third party certification in support of fire safety and security.

The accreditation involves auditing of our company’s office and site based activities, competence assessment of operatives and supervisors and certificates of conformity for all works carried out.
